  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in similar role.
  • A minimum BSC / HND in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • A high level of communication and people skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in employee relations is an added advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS software and HR technology trends.
  • A deep knowledge of HR processes, systems, best practices and trends.
  • Advanced data knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.

  • Work with HRBPs and other departments to assess current HRIS processes and systems, identify areas of improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports regarding various HR metrics, to provide accurate and timely HR data for facilitate strategic choices.
  • Participate and contribute to HRIS related projects such as system upgrades, process improvements and data migration through testing, documentation and providing training to end users.
  • Work with IT and other departments and vendors to ensure seamless integration of HRIS with other systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  • Manage and maintain the HRIS system, including system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user assistance.
  • Provide assistance and training to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system's capabilities.
